Surveying Engineer

To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for Surveying Engineer who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing? 

• Senior Surveyor Dimensional control and laser scanning
• Sporadic travel offshore and relevant office work based on required scope from engineering disciplines piping and structural
• Prepare reports and make results available for use in PDMS / E3D
• Scanned point clouds will be used in LFM

We think you should have some of the following:

• Do you have Bachelors in Geomatics or similar or bachelor’s degrees and long experience in surveying will be evaluated
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive experience in electronic surveying both offshore and in prefab is a requirement. Must be able to work independently and obtain necessary information as required.
• Offshore Course: Valid offshore certificate
• Competency in 3D MicroStation.
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
